Apple strudle


EASY APPLE STRUDLE

INGREDIENTS:

Apples
Sugar
Cinnamon
1 egg
1 sheet of pastry

INSTRUCTIONS:

Peel the apples and cut into quarters, core, then cut into thin slices. Add some sugar and cinnamon.

Preheat oven to 200 degrees C.

Line a baking tray with a sheet of baking parchment.

Place a sheet of pastry on the tray.

Arrange apple in the middle of the pastry.

Fold the pastry lengthwise around the mixture.

Seal edges of pastry by using a drop of water on your fingers, and pinch the pastry edges together.

Brush the top of the pastry with egg.

Bake in preheated oven for 35 to 40 minutes, or until golden brown.

Pizza pops

How to make pizza pops

You will need:
Pizza pastry
Ketchup
Ham
Cheese
Baking tray
Baking paper

What to do:
Unroll pizza dough.
Cut out circles
Put baking paper on a baking tray
Put  lollipop stick about half way into the circle and place on the baking tray lined with baking paper.
Put a teaspoon of ketchup on the circles, some ham and cover with cheese.
Bake for 9 to 11 minutes or until crust and pizza pastry begin to brown.
